Pulse brings conversations, AI assistance, and human support into one workspace. The design connects a distinctive brand identity with a dashboard for keeping track of tickets, response activity, and the conversations that need attention.

The interface separates the overall picture from the next action. Summary cards introduce support activity, while conversation lists, channel breakdowns, and escalation states give the detail its own place. Reusable cards and icons carry that structure across the product.

A lime and deep-green palette, a geometric mark, and Inter Display typography give Pulse a consistent voice. The deliverables extend from the dashboard and UI components to app icons, social creative, and outdoor campaign applications.
