An AI talent agent that matches professionals with jobs at VC-backed startups. Instead of traditional applications, it makes direct introductions to hiring managers via messaging. The design challenge was building credibility in a competitive HR tech space right after a #1 Product Hunt launch, and attracting top technical talent through LinkedIn.
